4. Digital Products, Memberships & Refunds

All products sold through TSMC are delivered digitally and/or provide immediate access to digital content and community resources.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required under applicable UK consumer law.

If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or cannot be accessed due to an issue on our part, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and ensuring that a product or membership is suitable for their needs before purchasing.

Where immediate access to digital content is provided, customers may be asked to expressly consent to receiving immediate access and acknowledge that this may affect their statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
